By using Nyasen you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older. One account per person.
Virtual chips have no value
Chips are play money for entertainment only. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between players, exchanged for money or anything of value, or cashed out, and Nyasen offers no real-money gambling or prizes. Winning at Nyasen does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Purchases
You can buy cosmetic items (such as table cloths, card designs and chip styles) and an ad pass through the App Store. They are licensed to your Apple ID for use in the app, not sold, and have no cash value. Payment, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Season rewards are won on the weekly leaderboards and cannot be bought.
Playing fairly
Don't cheat, use bots or automated play, exploit bugs, collude with other players, create accounts to farm chips or rewards, harass others, or choose an offensive username. We may reset balances, remove rewards, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Online tables
At online tables the server deals, decides the outcome of every hand, and holds the chips on the table. If you disconnect, the house plays your seat safely until you return; if you leave mid-hand, the hand is played out and your chips are returned to your account. We may close tables for maintenance, in which case chips on them are returned.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or end any part of Nyasen, including features, balances and prices, and may update these terms. We'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
Nyasen is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what that removes.
